Clarke, signs for The Jammers. having left AFC Sudbury at the end of last season. George signed for Sudbury, from our Essex rivals, Brightlingsea Regent where he had been since January 2015.

The 20-year-old started his career with the Needham Market Academy, which included playing some first-team football before he joined the Academy at Ipswich Town and after a year, he left Ipswich to re-join Needham.

Clarke is pictured right, playing for Brightlingsea Regent against Needham Market. In the picture with him is our very own, Sam Newson who was playing for Needham Market at the time.

George is currently on his way back from an injury which has seen him miss the whole season to date, however it is hoped he shall be available for selection in the near future.
