Jammers boss Wayne Brown takes charge of his first home league game on Saturday - and is keen to make it a tough place to come for visiting teams.

Fresh from a good point at Mildenhall last week, Wayne now has his attentions on the first game at Park Drive against Brentwood.

Speaking ahead of the game, Wayne said: "We come into this afternoon’s match with a point in the bag from last Saturday’s opener against Mildenhall, in a game that proved to be a good test of our resilience.

"There won’t be many teams who go to Mildenhall and get points this season, from what we saw at the weekend."

Brentwood were not in action last weekend due to their opponents being in FA Cup action and, whilst Wayne is aware his side will need to respect their visitors, he's keen to get off to a good start at the weekend.

He added: "We will have to adapt during the game to see how they play, but I want teams to worry about us and how we play, too.

"Home results will be a big part of our success this season, and we need to make Park Drive a tough place for teams to come."

Tickets for the game are priced as follows:-

Adults: £10
Concessions: £5
U16s: £2 when accompanied by an adult
