Q1: Steve, since you joined the club we have not moved from being top of the league. What have you made of our form to date this season?
A1: The club have empowered everyone at the club to push onwards and upwards. So by us taking the approach of let's concentrate and prepare ourselves on a game by game basis, has had a fantastic impact on our results/form.
Q2: We have won our last four games and we have not lost since our local derby defeat on Boxing Day. How would you rate our last four games especially?
A2: A win is a win, it speaks for itself, 3 points from each game is fantastic but that's history. So we need to concentrate on the next game and so on.
Q3: We have recently released both George Eussman and Kieran Monlouis. How do you think this will effect the side?
A3: Honestly, I think they we good players for us but the strength and depth we have in the squad still enables us still to push on to new heights.
Q4: On Saturday we welcome Great Wakering who are on a poor run of form. What are you expecting from the match?
A4: Great Wakering Rovers FC is a great club and long standing - we shouldn't under estimate them on currant results. We need to be on top of our game to ensure we get the 3 points we want and desire.
Q5: After Saturday we play Bowers & Pitsea, Brightlingsea and Thurrock consecutively. Do you think those three games will make or break our season?
A5: We take it game by game and if we get the results we want then that's job done.
Q6: We have a perfect home record to date this season. Is there anything in particular you are putting that down too?
A6: Only hard work and the squads willingness to listen and execute instructions on a week by week basis.
