Q1: Montel, you're new to the club this year. What attracted you when you signed for the club?
A1: I was attracted to the club, by the full-time link we have with Colchester United.

Q2: You have settled well and been a regular starter. What have you made of your performances to date?
A2: I feel like I am doing well so far and I think getting better game by game. It’s also a bonus playing alongside with “Locky”, in Midfield as well as the whole team. I have a lot so far, from playing in this team.

Q3: You scored on your debut for the club against Witham, how did that feel?
A3: It felt good to score, the feeling you get when scoring goals is always great. I have not scored many in past, so it means a lot to me when I get on the scoresheet.

Q4: You have scored a couple of goals overall. Do you see this as a pivotal part of your role in the team?
A4: As well as good and consistent performances, scoring is a bonus. I think I can add more goals to benefit the team, so yeah I do think it is a pivotal part of my game.

Q5: We sit top of the league as we speak. Where do you expect the club to finish, come the end of the season?
A5: Come the end of the season, I expect us to be league champions and promoted to the Ryman Premier League.

Q6: We welcome Tilbury on Saturday who are in fine form at the moment...do you expect The Jammers to take all three points from Saturday's game?
A6: I would describe us as one of, if not the best team in the league, so I expect us to take three points from any game play.
