Bostik Lose Their Leader

1 year ago By Richard Buckby

Bostik North's leading goalscorer, Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe has left Maldon & Tiptree with immediate effect.

Ogedi-Uzokwe is leaving Park Drive having scored a remarkable thirty-four goals in only thirty-four games. Junior is the leading goalscorer throughout all three Bostik divisions and he leaves The Jammers having scored twenty six goals in the league; ten of which came from the penalty spot.

Having set Park Drive and the Bostik North alight in the early part of the 2017/18 season, Junior has been rewarded with an eighteen month contract at Colchester United in the Football League. Junior joined the Jammers in July 2017 after returning from an eighteen month spell in Cyprus, having previously featured for Enfield Town, Lewes and Barkingside.

Everyone at Park Drive would like to congratulate Junior on his achievement in signing for The U's. We thank Junior for his services whilst appearing for The Jammers and we wish him the very best of luck for the future.
