Steve, 46, has been in charge of the club since December 2015 and guided the Jammers to a seventh-place finish in the Ryman Division One North for the 2015/16 season. During his time at Park Drive, Ball was combing his first team duties with a full time coaching role at Colchester United.

Steve leaves the club to join up with Colchester United’s First Team as their Assistant Manager.
