Full-back, Kyle Hammond has spoken to the club's website ahead of Tuesday's game against Phoenix Sports.

Q1: Kyle, you joined the club last season on loan initially. How's life been since you signed on the dotted line at Park Drive?

A1: I'm enjoying every minute of being at the club and I have done since the day I signed on loan from Ipswich. That is one of the main reason's I signed for the club this season. The boys we have at Park Drive are a very good bunch which helps too.

Q2: We have been performing well to date this season, what has impressed you the most so far this season?

A2: What's most impressed me the most is the togetherness of the squad, which goes a long way in any team. The togetherness has showed on the pitch with our good run of results.

Q3: You've chipped in with a goal or two this season as well, is that something you have to do as part of your role in the squad?

A3: I don't think it's something I'm required to do as a full back, but popping up with a few goals throughout the season would be nice.

Q4: We had a set-back at the weekend, losing 3-0 to Aveley. What did you make of the game?

A4: It obviously wasn't a great game and no-one particularly played well. Generally, I would put it down to a bad day at the office for us and we've got Tuesday night to put things right again.

Q5: We have already lost to Phoenix Sports this season, do you expect The Jammers to bounce back and get revenge?

A5: Absolutely! It will be a tough game and they will be a tough side to break down as they were at their place. But I think with us being at home and taking our impressive home record in to account, I think we'll put things right on the night.

Q6: There's been lots and lots of talk about promotion and league champions. What do you make of those discussions?

A6: To be honest this situation is all new to me as I've never been in this type of environment. However, being top of the league is a different kind of pressure and it's up to us to deal with it, because we've certainly got the quality in the squad to make the step up.
