Taofiq (pictured) joined the Clarets in the summer of 2016, signing a one year contract. Olomowewe signed for Burnley after playing for the Nike Academy. Aged 20, Olomowewe is a 6ft 3” towering and powerful central defender, with real potential.

“I am delighted to be joining Maldon & Tiptree. I am looking forward to getting started and playing along side the boys. I have some personal targets that I would love to achieve, but my main focus is to achieve promotion for the club and the fans; whilst giving the supporters something to cheer about… I am excited for Saturday” said Olomowewe.

Olomowewe is available for selection on Saturday as we welcome Norwich United to Park Drive in the Bostik Division One North.
